Mary brings over 15 years of experience in the event industry. She began her career with one of Chicago’s most renowned catering companies, producing a mix of unique weddings and custom private events at some of the city’s top venues. Her distinctive style and flawless execution led to invitations to help lead the catering and events teams at The Chicago Botanic Garden and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Mary’s expertise spans everything from gourmet tastings to on-site tent logistics. Clementine was thrilled to welcome her to The Clementine Collective in 2021. Since then, she has successfully partnered with couples to plan and produce approximately 20 weddings each year, bringing her signature touch to every event.
