Mary has over 13 years of experience in the event industry. She started her career working for one of Chicago’s most renowned catering companies helping produce a mix of unique weddings and custom private parties at some of Chicago’s very best venues. The reputation she developed from her unique style and flawless approach earned her an invitation to help lead the catering and events team at The Chicago Botanic Garden and Museum of Contemporary Art. Her expertise covers everything from delicious gourmet tastings to on-site tent rental logistics. Clementine was lucky enough to scoop her up in 2021, since then she has has successfully planned and produced about 20 weddings a year!
